  Depends on your definition of the term.
  
  I have owned and fired several. I have not found one which would get through a full magazine without jamming. Jamming every 3 or 4 rounds is normal.
  
  They are made to look mean, that's all.

  i own a tec 9 and a ab10, and they do jam from time to time, but when they don't they are fun to shoot. i would not depend on it to save my life either.
  
  first rule of northern militia is that we don't talk about northern militia.
