    A few months back there was a discussion about good gun oils. One of you gents recommended one of the air rifle manufacturer's products.
    Which one and which of his oils was the recommendation?

    Have you ever tried Mobil 1 synthetic, in 5w or 10w?? I use it all the time now....

    Everybody seems to have an oil they like and if you are useing on an air gun please be aware that a petro based oil can "DIESEL" causeing damage to gun I like BALLISTOL it is non toxic no CFC's no CARCINOGENS and BIO-DEGRADEABLE it will not harm wood "LEATHER" plastic rubber or plants. Sounds like something out of the add man for HERTERS in the 1940's but it is great stuff. quote:"Praise the hardball gun"

    Finally found it...Beeman MP-5 ....Available from www.airgunexpress.com $5.25 / 4 oz.. Their website is kinda crude..ask for a catalog. It gives much better descriptions.

    The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
