Rolling Block 20 ga

Have Rem RB 20 ga. that is puncuring the primer. Mar 1874
last patent date.Barrel 28 1/2 in from mussle to receiver.
Almost straight steel butt plate not curved. Any ideas for
repair. new firing pin-firing pin retaining pin.

  you probably need a new firing pin. no parts available, so check with your local gunsmith to have one made.

  I'm guessing that chamber length is incorrect. The gun is strong enough to take the abuse, but applying excess backpressure. Look at the hull bases after firing and see if the primer isn't being pressure-formed into the firing pin.
