The Model 1783 shown in the auction link you pointed to is only slightly on the high end of the price spectrum for what it is, and its condition... which is rather good for a 119-year old Winnie.
If you have a Model 1873 that has 90%+ of its factory original finish (not refinished), then it is worth a VERY large chunk of pocket change. That said, I find it extremely doubtful that is really the case. Please post some pictures of your Model 1873. I would love to see one that is in 90%+ condition (it would only be the third one I have seen in that condition in the past 30 years).
