Taurus Mod 80

I own a Taurus Model 80 serial 1363504 chambered in .38 special. My question is this, would firing +P ammo harm this gun?

I have fired +P ammo out of my Model 80 and the gun seems fine. I wouldn't give it a steady diet of +/- 18,000 psi ammo. I never squeezed of 6 +P's rapidly either, just slow fire. This, of course assumes you gun is in good working order.

The gun is in great condition. I always fire standard .38 ammo through this on the range. I would only carry +P's in it for defense purposes. Thanks for the feedback. [8D]
