    Anything I've ever seen in that type of scenario involved pushing up a large dirt berm, significantly higher and wider than the planned target area. You want straight soil, no rocks to cause riccochets.

    You might try using plastic barrels filled with sand. But you would need two rows interlacing to assure no projectiles went between the barrels. Even with that you might still want to consider having a backup berm of soil like agman suggested. Good luck and BE SAFE!!![:)]

    You would eventually shoot holes through any other kind of backstop like wood, metal, etc. Dirt berms are the standard.

    The gene pool needs chlorine.
