According to this excellent site, your going to have to use a " The Gunsmiths Best Friend" ( Dremel ).

Can you turn the screw at all? Or are you having trouble getting it off after unscrewing?

I dont want to remove the whole grenadesight just the bayonet,it looks like the screw above the handle should come out and take the bayonet out leaving the lug,the screw will not move at all,I was wondering if there was a trick to get the screw out, like maybe it has left handed threads??

On My Yugo SKS, the screw head was lightly punched into the housing. But I was still able to force it to back itself out by using a large screwdriver. I also used a Dremal tool and removed that damn ugly grenade launcher sight and the whole front of the gun looks s-o-o-o much better.

Make sure you are heating the lug and not the bolt.I removed the Bayonett from several my Yugo SKS's and they are not left hand threads.I will tell you that on two out of about ten I had to drill the bolt to get it out. When I say drill I do not mean drill the whole bolt out, pick the next size down and drill the center out. This will relieve some of the presure letting you remove the bolt much more easilly.
