howa thumhole varmiter
I have had a weatherby vangerd in 300 weatherby they are made by howa.
It was the light blue barrel synthetic stock model, nothin fancy.
With quality handloads i got 1.25 inch groups at 300 yards.
All of that to say this---with the light sporter being this accurate how much better is the howa thumhole varmiter?
I've held one in my local gun shop and they fit great.I am looking for a
factory rifle with exellent shooting capability. Also thinking of a
kimber longmaster vt. Im wanting to shoot at and/or below .25@ 100 yrds
Does anyone own one of these rifles? What kind of preformance
will i get from them. Any input greatly apriciated.

Not quite what you are looking for, but my Howa 1500 is a moa shooter in .308. I think the varminter would be a good bet for accuracy. Several folks on the boards have reported good accuracy with Howas over the last two or three years. 0
