What would be a fair price to pay for a nice used but not abused Browning BAR in .308 caliber? I'm talking a shooter (80%-90%). I don't want to spend too much but would like a realistic estimate if possible. As always thanks for your replies.

  I am assuming that it is a Belgian Browning BAR made toward the late 1960's. In that case, I would say that in 80-90% condition that $450-$500 would be a likely cost range, maybe slightly less or slightly more. A buddy of mine just bought one in 7mm in excellent condition and he ended up paying about $650.
