Talley rings/bases
can anyone tell me about tally rings?
I'm looking at the 1 piece ring/base, is the front reverseable for a long action rem 700 to get the proper eye relief.
i'm currently using a leupold rings and bases, and i need the extended front base to get the scope back, I just wondered if talleys would get it back that far.
how is the height of low talleys compared to medium leupolds, i've herd there close, but i'm just clearing with the med leupolds.

You would be best off using bases with the picatinny grooves or multiple weaver style groves. The one peice by Ken Farrel will get you what you need,..but with it's height,..you'll want to go with low rings to make everything nice and tight to the rifle.
why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
