Clay Birds
I have a full box of clay birds from 1962. Each stack is wrapped in newspaper. Are they worth anything or should I just shoot them?

I'd say to shoot 'em. I don't think clay pigeons ever acquire any value. That being said, I'm no expert, but that's my 2 cents. 0 -
what color are they?

They are orange. Made by the Winchester/Olin Company. 0 -
not all that collectible but interesting none the less. is that orange on the top(dome) or orange on the top and edge? (rim) reason i ask is it determines if its a skeet or trap target. early targets were smooth lined. new ones have dimples on the top to catch the pellets better, making it break easier. i collect clays but i dont pay inflated prices for them. only the glass ones bring big bucks. i tried selling cases of old targets on fleebay and they went w/o one bid for 90 days. people dont want to dare pay for eggs being shipped and sellers wont take the time to wrap each one in bubblewrap. email me. i'll try to put them in right hands if you want.
