Hello im thinking about doing that barrel thing where u send in the gun and they put a new barrel on it, i want a slug barrel on it, if i get this barrel put back on it can i change between my original barrel that came with it and the slug barrel, i know the barrel comes off but its not changing the gun when they put a new barrel on it is it?

    They will fit the the new barrel to work properly on your receiver. They won't change the receiver so your old barrel will continue to work fine.

    I was just about to send mine back to get a slug barrel to go with it. Figured with the cost of the slug barrel, shipping, and the $15 fee they charge for the fitting it would end up around $90. That's not too bad. However, I've found you can get the whole slug gun (Tracker II) new at the store for $126 (ordered through Wal-mart Catalogue), so why not just add a few more dollars and have a whole new gun.

    DISCLAIMER: I realize some members here dispise buying of guns through the discount giants and will be compelled to respond as such. Before you do, realize that I do try to support the local dealers the majority of the time.
