I'm not sure where you came up with the $650 price? The complete lower is $250 (+$25 for tactical CAR stock) and the upper is $565. I come up with $840 for the CAR stock version. The complete rifle comes with the NM trigger ($120 option on the complete lower) and the Hogue grip ($20 option) If you add all that up it is quite abit more than the complete rifle. I tried getting lowers and uppers from RRA last week, and they are back-ordered for 60 days. I had to find another source.

If you are considering building an AR it is not wise to buy big name brand parts to put it together....just as it costs more to buy a new Chevy Pickup piece by piece than to buy it all together.

They make mucho money on their parts.

Go to www.model1sales.com for an A4 kit and get a good Olympic Arms forged lower for $99 off of this site.

Likely will spend $500 plus the $20 transfer fee for the lower.
