C96 Broomhandle Mauser

Hi all. I have a broomhandle and would love to find out about the various proofmarks etc. on the weapon. Would anyone happen to know of a source of information about Imperial German or just German proofmarkings? I'd really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

    They have a menu on the left side. Click on "Technical Information". Although the Proof Marks pertain mostly to Lugers, many of the same proofs were used on various German Handguns of the same era.

    SYSTEM MAUSER by Bearthed (sp) is just about the Bible on Brooms.

    The Standard Directory of Proofmarks should be in every gun library.

    If you provide a little more info on it, my reference library could be of assist.
