Ruger 77/22 magnum stock

Anyone know if this stock will fit a 22LR action? I know that a 77/17 has the same magazine and fits perfectly but is the 22LR magazine the same outside dimension?

  no the magazine for the 22lr is smaller than the one for the 22mag
