Where is TRAP55 when you really need him? He sent me a message once about a guy in Royal, Arkansas that has parts for dang near everything!

Busy dove hunting! Rosie, not sure who made the venture, if it's a browning try www.midwestgunworks.com or the guy Salvage refered to, Bob at www.gun-parts.com . Bob specialize's in Savage/Stevens parts but has alot of hard to find stuff. It would help greatly if I new who made the gun. Try an e-mail to CountryGunsmith, he's a wealth of knowledge and parts!

It was made by Miroku (spelling right?) of Japan. It is trap grade with an adjustabke comb. I want to replace the springs and the lock which some call a bolt. I have been told that it is just another Browning but never having a Browning apart I don't know.

Miroku manufactured them from '63-'76. Browning patent, but I can't tell you if it's the Superposed or Citori.Daley used both. Bobski would be able to tell you. Erv Hieman(780-489-5711) from Western Gun Part Limited in Edmonton, Alberta bought out all of Brownings obsolete new parts. Here's a link for Numrich's parts list with a schematic for the Superposed.

Thanks guys. I called Canada and they want me to send drawings of the parts I need. Guess I will take her apart and fax them up there. The schematic is close but mine has flat main springs so I guess it is not a copy of that one. Again my thanks, Rosie
