Here we go:
1. Use a screwdriver with a thin wide blade to remove the lever pin screw stop, located on the left side of the receiver at the upper front.
2. Use a drift punch to push out the lever pin toward the left. This should be accessible through a small hole in the right side of the receiver, just above the front of the loading gate.
3. Remove the cross screw that pivots the link at the lower front of the receiver.
4. Move the lever downward, along with the attached link, disengaging the rear of the link from the locking block. The lever and link assembly can then be removed downward.
5. Remove the carrier pivot screw toward the left. Then remove the carrier downward.
6. The locking bolt can now be removed downward.
7. The breech bolt can now be removed straight out of the receiver toward the rear.
8. The firing pin can now be taken out of the breech bolt toward the rear. In some of the earlier guns, a small retaining pin at the lower rear of the bolt must be driven out to release the firing pin.
It's not really as bad as it sounds. Good luck!0 -
RAOUL IS CORRECT FOR A pre 64 M-94, FOR THE POST 64'S STOP AT #3. DROP THE LEVER AND LINK DOWN, MOVE THE BOLT TO THE REAR AND THE FIRING PIN WILL FALL OUT. IT IS HELD IN BY TOP PART OF THE LEVER. 0
