1930's Fecker rifle scope

Does anyone have any info on this scope? Has the scope mounts, much like an old target scope as it has outside elevation and windage adjustments. The scope mounts are offset like some of the prewar(WWII) German rifles.

  J.W. Fecker started producing scopes in the mid 20's. They made many different models over the years.
  
  You will have to give us all the specifics of the scope, i.e. Markings, Tube Diameter, Physical Dimensions, etc. For us to be able to help you.
