Next week when (if) the assault rifle ban sunsets as expected will it be legal to add a folding stock and flash hider to my mini-30 that has a 30 round magazine? How will this affect SKS rifles or will it change anything on these?

  Yes on the Mini 30 as it a domesticaly manufactured firearm.
