ruger desireability ?
I know the 6.5, 284,264 , 350 and whelen are sought after in the 77 standard series of rifles with the tang safety and i have seen the rsi in 250 and 7mm/08 also show lots of interest, but my question is, does the standard 77r in a 7mm/08 generate any excitement or were there lots produced in this caliber/ configuration ? thanks for any and all input...

A number of folks still have an interest in 7mm-08 and the 77R is a good rifle. Figure $450+/- if you looking to sell it, but you may need to be a little patient.
If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!0 -
we have 2 of them and yes they are good rifles but I think 450+ would be on the high side for a 95% gun 0 -
MOST OF MY RUGER COLLECTORS HAVE THESE GUNS IN THE %95 RANGE AND ARE LOOKING FOR NEW IN THE BOX 100% GUNS. SHOOTERS ARE $350.00 -$400.00. GOOD LUCK.
