32" IOF Revolver MK1

What can you tell me about this gun? It appears to be a modern day copy of the old webley Mk3 pocket pistols. Its chambered for some type of 32long cartridge.

  I found ( 1 ) reference that notes that they are made in India. Primarily for police use, these would be chambered for the old British 38/200 cartridge, ( 38 S & W ). Nothing about any in .32 caliber. This might or might not be valid ?
