Winchester Model 70 Magazine Question..

I recently bought a winchester m70 classic stainless in 270. Anyway when i drop out the magazine which is plasic (not stainless steel like the wood stocked models) Anyway if you look at it in a certain angle you see some brownish marks its not rust. It looks like almost a brown coloring pencil but it kindal looks like brownish powder. Anyway i tried rubbing it off and it wont come off. me and my dad thinks it must be some kind of marks from the factory. Like i said its not that noticeable you have to look at it from a certain angle. its not rust because its plasic. Im really puzzled. I am one of those perfectionists.i have a pic but dont know how to post it

  I would think that this may be a mark from the injection molding process use to make the magazine, Probably zytel of some sort and discoloration is from a spray so mold will release part.
