    got a old h&r 12 ga. and would like to find out the approx. ageno model on the gun, but i believe it to be a model 6it has the words "12 ga. choke" on the top of the breech and on one side of the reciever it has a pat. date of feb. 27 1900i don't think it's original the barrel length is 20" so i think it's been cut-offany info would be helpful

    Although they were made for a relatively short period of time ( Circa 1916 -1924 ), almost 35,000 were manufactured.

    Produced under license from the British firm, Webley & Scott who made similar pistols.

    There's never been a lot of collectors demand/value for them. My WAG for one that is truly factory original "near mint", $300 - $400.
