Winchester 1400 magazine extension

Just curious if anyone here has put a magazine extender on the Winchester 1400. I'm looking to put one on mine but the only one I've found is produced by Choate and is listed as only working with the 1200 and 1300. Any information that you could provide would be appreciated.

  There is no magazine extension for the Winchester 1400. The piston assembly rides in the front half of the magazine tube, so the design makes extending the magazine impossible.
