As for your question, are you trying to ask what a set of "rifled barrels only" is worth, or what an entire gun with a set of rifled barrels is worth?
If it is a barrel set only, are the bores rifled for 12 ga., or are you saying that you have a rifled barrel set that fits on 12 gauge frame Model 21? If the latter, what caliber are the bores? As far as I know, Winchester only made THREE Model 21s with true rifled barrels chambered for a traditional rifle cartridge... two were chambered for the .405 W.C.F. cartridge, and if memory serves, the third was chambered for the 375 H & H cartridge. A Model 21 in this configuration was actually a Cape Gun versus a shotgun.
