Mark, those are some nice looking pistols but I bet it is hard to hit anything with the upside down one. Don[:D]

As "Mark" states, try several different types. One inexpensive type is Standard Velosity CCI or Aquila target (900 I believe). I have had excellent results with Jagd standard plus in my Rugers.

one good thing i can say about a mk2 is it will eat just about anything. all my hi standards shoot cci green tags the best. every gun is different. so is yours. go buy about 5 different brands and shoot them all and you will see a difference. mark....ive been looking for a des/69 for some time. kmow anyone parting with one?

Hello all above post are correct but there is one more point to make Each ammo maker puts a"LOT NUMBER" on the box of ammo I have shot 1000's of rounds from a ransom rest out of somewhere over a hundred pistols from mine and other team members guns . The best guns shoot everything on a scale of 1-10 at least a 9 but there are some guns that shoot one type of ammo a 10 and another a 5 There is also some good lots of a brand and then another lot of the same brand will not shoot very good . MURRFY's law will be if you buy one box of a lot it will shoot great and if you buy 5 cases of one lot it won't shoot worth %$#^. That said you must test from a rest and you must test at 50 yards the group size of great ammo is about 2.7 times group size between 25 yards and 50 yards with fair ammo this goes up to about 4 to 6 times.Out of a ransom rest some of the guns in pictures will shoot less then .5 of an inch with any good to great ammo at 25 yards. quote:"PRAISE THE HARDBALL GUN" 0
