belguim browning
i just aquired a belguim browning 22lr. i have no idea how to tell anything else about it. i need a magazine for it. the only number i have found on it is36073u4. if anyone has any info on these guns or knows where i can buy a magazine i would very much appreciate the help

Rifle I assume? These did not use a "clip" in the traditional sense of the word. They loaded through the ovaL hole in the side of the stock after removing the screw out loading tube located in the buttstock. Excellent little guns if you and I are talking Apples and Apples!

The "U" in the serial number identifies your pistol as being a Belgian made Challenger semi-automatic. It was manufactured in 1964. They are very high quality pistols that have been out of production since the mid 1970's.
Since the current US manufactured Browning .22 pistols use a different magazine, you are going to have to obtain a used Challenger/Nomad/Medalist magazine, or obtain a reproduction manufactured by Triple-K.
