  Hello one other point some guns that are IN THE WHITE have not had their final heat treat these guns are mostly for the engraver trade as it is easier to engrave and then case harden or heat treat . If you are building a gun and it comes IN THE WHITE you should have it ROCKWELL tested. quote:"PRAISE THE HARDBALL GUN"
