Can a CA resident purchase firearms in Nevada ?I mean legal Ca firearms.Thanks Steve

  Mark, what if we buy from a dealer in NEVADA DO THEY SELL TO OUT OF state people? and what about at gun shows in nevada? thanks Steve

  A dealer in any state can sell a long arm (rifle or shotgun) to a resident of another state if 1) that person appears before him at his place of business (that can include a gun show) AND if that sale is legal in both states.

  I live in CA and I purchased guns in Maryland and NV. I have to have them shipped to an FFL in CA as M Christian stated.
