Not a maker, but a trade name.
Proofs on the underside of the tubes (if ELG) will indicate a Belgian gun. Lack of proofs will mean a domestic product. A barberpole swirl on the tubes is indicative of damascus-type construction and is viewed as suspect to safely shoot with any load. Blued steel tubes could well be of mild steel and are unsafe also.
Trade name guns carry rather low values as a rule. There are a few exceptions but I doubt your gun is one of them. (You'd know it if it was.)
