1903A3 Springfield Ejector?
I just got a 1903A3 from the CMP, and the ejector pin that holds the ejector in place in the reciever is very loose and will not stay in place. It is so loose that it fell right out when I was cleaning all the cosmolene off. Luckily I didn't loose it. Anyway, can anyone offer a suggestion on what the problem might be.

Hopefully you can fix it with a replacement ejector pin. There is always the possibility somebody screwed it up though?
Get a replacement pin from Gun Parts, see if it solves the problem. If not there is always Plan B.

jn, if you want to try a quick fix, get all of the grease off of the pin and the hole it goes in, put it back in with a dab of blue Loctite, or after the pin is in place, touch it with a drop of green Loctite.
