Hello A ffl WILL LET YOU DEAL IN FIREARMS a C & R will let you buy anything that is on the C & R list both in your state and out of state such as items on this web site. It has to be on list or at least 50 yrs old but lic. is not for dealing in guns as a business and you must keep records it lets you sell to upgrade your collection.

Sounds like I spend too much money on here to not get one. Anyway, where do I find the paperwork, restrictions, and what not? (Specific links, please, as I have a hard time navagating the BATFE website)

    Thanks again.

The site is no longer active, but the info you need is there, with links. The other benefit of a C & R is the discounts from Brownell's, Midway, and others.

    Good Luck!

Wrong. There are way too many firearms that qualify for C&R status to be on the list. It states on the inside of the cover page of the C&R Manual that the list is not all inclusive due too there being way too many too list.
