I have a dickson Detective-22.LR Caliber, automatic pistol, silver and pearl handle, the following information is on the pistol number 120482, psf and XXIII made in Italy, does any one have an ideal what it is worth.

    Depends on who you ask.

    There are dealers on GB who think they are VERY RARE and valuable, maybe up to $200 if you can believe their ad copy.

    These are some of the little cheap guns that sold by mail order from the likes of Klein's Sporting goods who advertised in the major gun magazines in the 60s.

    Compared to the later US made cheapies like the Raven, these guns are generally of good quality, but they are not especially rare or valuable.

    I think about $100 or less, but that's just me.

    I have a rough one that will appear at auction soon. I will start it at a buck with no reserve, as usual, and we will see what the GB buyers think it's worth.
