Are the Argentinian Ballesters, (Molina's & Rigaud's) C&R eligible?

  According to the data I've seen, they were last manufactured in 1953. That means all of them would meet the age criteria, and would be C & R eligible.

  Yes. Most were manufactured more than 50 years ago. You will see them advertised from time to time in a magazine like Shotgun News and they are advertised as C&R eligible. I own a Colt Systema, which was by Argentine under a Colt license in the late 1920's, and this is in the same C&R category.
