helwan 9mm pistol

Just bought a helwan 9mm pistol{ I know congratulations are in order}, which gave me trouble from the start. It racked very hard and failed to lock up and fire after first round. Since this infamous start I have stripped the pistol down and polished a few rough edges on lockup block, haven't fired it yet but now it racks easy and doesn't hang up now so have high hopes. Where can I get an owners manual for this pistol? Thanks for your help grizz.

  Don't know where you can get a manual, but the Helwan is a copy of the Beretta 951.
