giegfried folding hunting/ fishing knife

hi,
i have a folding giegfried knife.it has giegfried hunting & fishing knife engraved on one side of the stainless steel handle with a moose,trees and mountains engraved on the left and a swordfish, water and a fisherman in a boat on the right.it has japan stamped near the end of the blade.giegfried stainless is engraved on the blade.does anyone know if this knife is old and what it's value is?it's in great shape.thanks,bill
has anyone heard of this brand of knife? someone thought it was old,but it doesn't look it.it's pretty clean and the blade is barely worn from sharpening.
