colt mustang value

hello;

would like to know the approx. value of a colt mkiv/series 80 mustang, plus ll, .380, blue. one side is perfect, other side had some rust spots. able to remove rust with only slight discoloration of bluing. thanks for any input.

  I am not very good at this but a friend of mine bought one of these at a gunshow last year.
  
  I have consulted the "Blue Book" and the estimate of value is dependent upon condition. Since you said it had some slight rust and discoloration, the gun cannot be 100%. The range for 98% to 95% guns is $475.00 to $400.00. This is almost the exact value my friend paid for his.
  
  Perhaps some of the experts on this Forum will have more relevant information to add.

  In the shape stated, in our neck of the woods, you would be looking at $325-$350. Tops.
