    Best way is to thread it into a barrel, but don't force it if it won't go. Good luck identifying it.

    jonesj8;
    if it is an Invector Plus, it will be longer than most other choke tubes. The Plus tubes are about four inches long, and most others are about two inches long. Winchester, Mossberg, Invector, and a few others that I can not remember the names of, all fit each other.
    Also most tubes will have a name on them, along with the choke designation, so the best way to identify it, look at the side of it with a glass, and if you can not find anything out there, take it to a dealer, and see which model it will screw into. Should not be to hard to figure out from there.
    Good luck,
