Smith & Wesson Model 40V

This pistol has been brought to me with the extractor, spring & plunger missing. The guy says it came out on it's own. Has anyone experienced this happening? If so did Smith stand behind it with warranty? Thanks, Leo.

  i havent owned any smith autos just wheel guns i havent had any problems with them standing behind thier warranties for work they have done for me you can contact them on the web at
