Blackpowder Legal Question?
A few days ago on fleabaY was offered a shoulder stock for a Colt 1860 Army revolver. (item #3690795855). I think the description stated it was from a second generation commemorative.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong but....a handgun has to have a barrel length of 16" to legally mount a shoulder stock?
What about a blackpowder revolver? Same rules or entirely different? Since blackpowder rules seem to be entirely different?
