reloading problem....help

I recently picked up a ponsness-warren 800-b for a good price. I have no experiance loading shotgun shells (I do reload for rifle and pistol). Anyway before addition powder, primers or shot, I put a shell in the first station and figured I would pull the handle a few times to see how it cycled. Now it is stuck and the handle is stuck in the upward position and will not move[V]. Anyone have any ideas about how the fix this and get the shell out. Any help will greatly apreciated.

  Check with PW; surely they've had other instances of this and have some procedure for it.
