I shot the guy an email, to find out. Some people think that all black guns are class III items. People don't understand what class III means.

It is my understanding if a Class III dealer buys a stamped weapon he must pay the $200. Once a machinegun has a stamp it always has a stamp. Dealer to dealer of unstamped machineguns does not incur the $200 fee.

I just rechecked the auction, and the guy changed it. It no longer says Class III only. 0 -
Chris,
Off subject, if your looking for an Uzi check out the new post ban ones from Vector Arms. I bought mine from: http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/rifles/50_cal/50_cal_rifles.html
Save yourself $1000.
Regards,

Chris, I looked again and there was no mention of a C III needed. Looks like he changed it.

F3 to dealer = no tax payment
Unstamped = MG bad news.
