PA-63

I have had my PA-63 for over a year and have never had any trouble with it , now I can't get the slide back far enough to take it down. Could some one tell me what is wrong with it?

    I have a pistol and I do not have any idea what it is!?

    It looks like a PA-63, two-tone alloy frame. On the slide is the following: On the left side - "Selbstlade-Pistole Cal 9 Walther's Patent" with the Walther logo below it; on the right/ejection side is a serial number "N 10427" (the number is also on the grip below the trigger guard); the following markings are on the left side next to the trigger: .87; a shield with two wavey lines through the center with a "N" at the top; a circle with a "M" in it; and a marking shape similar to a heart with an "I" in the center. There are no other markings on the pistol. I was told it was a .380. Any ideas. Thanks.

    Some kind of Walther special? Licensed PPK copy? Does it say where it's made? The word "selbstlade" is German for self-loader, or semi-automatic, which would seem to indicate German or Austrian, or possibly Swiss manufacture. I don't recognize the other markings!

    A picture would help. The aluminum frame makes me think that it is a Walther PPK in .380.

    The markings on the slide are quite interesting!

    That slide legend was used by Walther on pistols manufactured prior to and during the First World War, i.e., Models 2, 4 & 6.

    Obviously we have some sort of discrepancy here?

    My WAG is, it's some sort of under the table knock-off. It's known that bogus Hi-Powers were produced in Hungary with Belgian FN markings. MAYBE? that the explanation for your pistol?

    looks like my hungarian pa-63 but mine does not have walther on it???
