H&A Range Model

I came across a Hopkins and Allen .22, 7 shot revolver, nickel about 50%, marked Range Model. 4.5" octagon barrel. DA/SA, No serial number.
I know the H&A line doesn't carry much value but I am curious as to the history of this model, what years produced, etc.

  Couldn't find anything specific on the Range Model. Perhaps you would have better luck researching it if you got hold of a book by Charles Carder, "Hopkins & Allen Revolvers & Pistols".

  Thanks Rufe. I will check into that book.
  In the meantime, I did find a serial number under the grips on the frame: A210
