Loose, or in a box? External (clamp under the barrel), or internal (cylinders that screw into the barrel)? Aluminum or steel? How many? Including the false muzzle & screw?

They are loose, external, full set
(three main pieces) I assume steel, due to the
fact that they appear to be blued. I thought that
they would complement the .22 short conversion that I got
with the model 41 that I bought this last weekend. (.22 short --
7" barrel w/comp). BTW, are .22 short magazines still available from any source? Thanks for the input!!!

actually, the steel wts were meant for the 22lr set up. the alloy lower was for the 22 short RF. the wt should consist of an upper that slides on to the bbl and the lower that is adjustable back and forth. inside the bbl itself, you could put a steel or alloy insert. i believe that bbl is suppose to be 7 1/4" not 7" to be comaptable with the wt. i may be wrong, its been a while since i had one.

Items like this are pretty darn rare. Grab them when you can.

Ya know, in the ten years or so that I used mine for ISU target shooting, I never once felt deprived at not having weights. Good ammo is far more important.

i my opinion, the wt was overkill. i think the reason they are so rare is the owners thru them away! w/ a wt. on, i couldnt hold that gun up w/o shaking for 10 seconds! same problem with the 10" hi std bbl.. way too heavy.
