I just got one of these older models. It is in 44 Special. I am wondering if it could be used to load 44 Mag and what adjustments would be needed. Does anyone know what this machine might be worth. It is in pretty good condition considering the age.

    Hello I have 3 Star Machines and they can't be beat however parts are very hard to come by. If you have a 44 special head you should be able to load 44 mag You will have to move the "BELLING" PLUG and seating and crimp die also I hope you have a powder bar that will throw the correct amount You can ream the 44 special bar or if you are very very lucky you might be have an adjustable bar in your machine.
