Help with FFL shipment, I am stationed overseas

I need a lower reciever for an AR15 but I dont have an FFL anywhere near me, I am stationed in Germnay. Is there any way that I can buy a lower???

  You should have a Rod and Gun club on your base or on a nearby base. I know there is one on Ramstein AB/Kaiserslauten area. They have an FFL and can receive stuff for you.
