What cartridge is that?
I recently saw a picture of some cartridge cases on the ground. Some photoshop artist had added the stars & stripes to them as some sort of statement. I wrote him a message saying that his art might make more sense if the cartridges were of an American military caliber. Trouble is, I don't recognize them at all!! I'll try to insert the picture here. [img][/img] If that doesn't work, it is at

If that doesn't take you right to it it's titled, "Aftermath" in a section called, "Nationalism"
The cases appear to have a rim and shoulders, but no neck.
Any idea what they are?

These are not small arms casings. I agree with Greg and would venture to guess they were something between 75 and 120mm.
