Custom Ruger 77/17 Finishes

Hi, I am now looking to buy a Ruger 77/17 as I need a plinker/varmint rifle at the moment. I have my heart pretty much set on the Ruger 77/17 action, but I'm going to use a Volquartsen custom stock, and hopefully a stainless bull barrel. The only problem is that as of now, it seems that Ruger only sells the 77/17 recievers in blued finish or the matte darkened stainless steel. I know looks shouldn't matter but it's gonna look weird to have either a blued or matte dark stainless reciever with a stainless barrel! Whereas I think I could go with a blued reciever with a blued bull barrel, I'd personally rather have stainless.

So I was wondering if there are any ways around this? Are there companies that can "re-finish" a reciever (or whatever parts that need to be "fixed"). Also, I know it's a long-shot, but is it possible to use the 77/22 magnum reciever for the 77/17 bolt and barrel?

Basically, I wanted to end up with a Volquartsen 77/17 stock with a stainless reciever and barrel (matte stainless is fine but not that "darkened" one Ruger uses).
