.223 ammo weight?

With a 20" 1 in 8" twist barrel on my match AR 15, what weight bullet should I use? I normally shoot at 100 to 200 yards. Thanks in advance...Joe

  if your handloading try hornaday's 60 gr v-max or any of the 69 gr match bullets both should shoot well in your 1-8 twist barrel

  forgot to add I use Black hills ammo for high power matches. Very few 600 yard ranges where I live.......Joe

  i believe they make a 69 gr match load that should be one of the best in the business i doubt you could go wrong with it

  If I remember correctly, there was a very good article on Black Hills on how,when, where, ect. that said they had just packed and shipped I think it was a million rounds Gov't contract match ammo. You could always write/call and ask them as I think they would be very helpful.
  The owner and his wife are both shooters of merit.
